Finding the Right Frame Width for My Face

Getting frame width right was crucial for comfort and appearance. Here's what I learned.

Frames should match or be slightly narrower than face width. Mine is 141mm, so I look for 135-140mm frames.

Too wide: Extends past face, slides down

Too narrow: Squeezes temples, looks small

I measure face width and only buy frames within 5mm of that measurement.

Perfect proportions and comfort.
