FebruaryRigid 14-Day Policy is a SCAM! They Refused to Extend Return for Unworn Item đ€
I recently tried shopping with this company online, and I need to warn everyone about their rigid return policy. My experience was truly terrible and frustrating. I
bought a dress online but I didnât receive my dress in time to return it because I was out of town.
When I finally contacted them, I was met with frustrating inflexibility. I fully explained that
even though the dress is brand new they couldnât extend the return date as a courtesy. What a scam.
I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because their lack of flexibility is predatory, and I lost money on an unworn item due to an arbitrary deadline.
Customer: I am extremely upset that you won't accept my return. I purchased this dress online, and I was traveling when it arrived, meaning I literally didn't receive it in time to meet your deadline.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely. I see here that the return window closed three days ago. Unfortunately, as per our documented policy, we must adhere strictly to the 14-day limit from the delivery date for a full refund.
Customer: But the dress is brand new! I explicitly told you I was out of town. Youâre telling me that even though the dress is brand new they couldnât extend the return date as a courtesy? That feels like a total scam.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that we cannot process a monetary refund in this situation. The system is locked once the window passes. However, as a goodwill gesture, I can process a one-time exception for store credit if you mail the item back today?
Customer: Store credit doesn't help me; I don't want to shop here again after this terrible experience. I just wanted fairness for an unworn item. This is incredibly poor customer service.
CS Rep: I genuinely regret that we cannot meet your request for a full refund extension. We are bound by the strict policy timeline.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
