THE WORST: Liars, No Refund, and the Rep Who Hung Up the Phone! 🤬💸

I am writing this as a cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience with this boutique. What started as an urgent order for a dress quickly spiraled into weeks of frustration. I had paid for expedited shipping, was repeatedly lied to about tracking, and waited weeks for a simple refund that never materialized. The final straw, and the reason I felt compelled to demand action, was when I finally called to get answers and spoke to Nathalie who was very rude and even hung up the phone on me.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
