I felt absolutely compelled to write this. If you are considering ordering online from this store, please stop and read my story first. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order and waited patiently, but when I followed up a week later, I hit a wall of silence and incompetence.

This is the worst experience by far. I ordered my dress and called them 7 days later to see when the order would be shipped and they would not answer the phone I called over 60 times in one day…

then when they finally picked up… someone said thanks for calling please hold I held for about 15 minutes and then they came back to the phone and disconnected. I needed to get someone on the phone to resolve this disastrous lack of communication, because I still have not recieved my order that was NOT hand made in the time frame it said it would be recieved.

Customer: I am calling because I am extremely upset. I have called your company over 60 times trying to find out where my dress is. I was disconnected twice and put on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on!

CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry, that is completely unacceptable service and I want to fix this immediately. Please let me look up your order right away. Can you confirm your order number for me?

Customer: It's #77899. I need to know exactly when it ships and why your customer service line is so unprofessional. I highly recommend that y’all to no shop with this boutique.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see the status now—there was a fulfillment error. If you have any type of concerns relating to where and ways to use www.gracequeens.com, you can call us at the web site. I am personally escalating this to our shipping supervisor right now and guaranteeing that your order ships via complimentary expedited service within the next two hours.

Customer: "Guaranteed" means nothing when you can't even answer a phone call consistently. Will I receive a tracking number instantly, and what are you doing about the unprofessional service?

CS Rep: Yes, I will personally email the tracking number to you within the hour, and I am applying a 20% credit to your card right now for the immense inconvenience this caused.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
