My recent trip to the West 125th location was by far the worst Iâve had, even surpassing the issues at their Parkchester store. My attempt to return shoes devolved into an unbelievable confrontation. We asked a manager for help finding a shoe box in the $9 section, and he immediately snapped, "Itâs not $9!" The staff, including a security/attendant who claimed 23 years of experience, were utterly dismissive and discriminatory. They were all round racist assuming we couldnât afford it.
