FebruaryAbsolute Disaster: The 14-Day Return Policy Scam Will Rip You Off! 🚫💸
I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to everyone considering purchasing from this site. I ordered a few items, but due to unexpected travel, I missed the return window by a couple of days. Their policy is incredibly restrictive, and I felt completely taken advantage of. My conclusion about this experience is that it is a absolute disaster: "Scam don’t order online. Other websites have way better customer service than this. You only have 14 days to return something you don’t like. There are a million of other websites with a less strict rules. Def feel like I was ripped off." I reached out to customer service immediately, hoping to find a human solution to this rigid policy.
Customer: I am extremely frustrated that my return was refused. It was postmarked 16 days after delivery—just two days over your strict 14-day policy! This is completely unreasonable for an online purchase.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for your frustration regarding our return window. If you liked this post and you would such as to obtain additional details regarding GraceQueens Fashion kindly visit our webpage. I understand that a 14-day limit can feel very strict. Unfortunately, once the return is processed past the deadline, our system automatically rejects the refund.
Customer: 'Automatically rejects' is not customer service. I feel ripped off, plain and simple. What can you actually do right now besides quoting the rules that make shoppers feel misled?
CS Rep: I recognize the deep inconvenience this has caused. While I cannot override the expired deadline for a monetary refund, as a one-time courtesy, I can issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, minus original shipping.
Customer: A store credit is better than nothing, but I remain disappointed that the policy is so unforgiving. Please process that credit.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
