I am writing this to serve as a cautionary tale about the reality versus the expectation of shopping here. I desperately needed an outfit for an upcoming event, but my attempt to shop turned into a frustrating waste of time. My conclusion was immediate: "The store is out of control. The shoe section is basically the whole entire upstairs. They should invest money and open it back up the way it used to be and have it that way. I couldn't find anything to wear to an event I'm going to and had to go to another store." I left feeling so disappointed and confused by the current layout and lack of appropriate inventory that I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to express the absolute mess the shopping experience has become.
Customer: I am extremely frustrated. I drove specifically to the location hoping to find an event dress, and the layout of the store is totally chaotic. I couldn't find anything appropriate.
