WARNING: Deceptive Scam! They Lost My $1000 Order and Hung Up On Me 🚨

I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to future customers. I placed an in-store order totaling close to $1000 and was told I would receive the items by December 9th. Instead, I received an email on December 7th stating that a label was created, and the tracking has never updated since. I initiated contact with customer service because my expensive order was obviously lost or never shipped, and I desperately needed confirmation or a refund. Unfortunately, my interactions confirmed my worst fears: I am thoroughly disgusted with their horrible customer service especially considering what I spent! When they wouldn't answer my direct calls, and then hung up when they realized who I was, I realized I’m dealing with a deceptive business. It appears more like a scam, and I will be reporting this company as a fraud with my bank.

Customer: I am calling about order 2100X. I was promised delivery by December 9th, and the tracking number you gave me on December 7th still only says "label created." That was two weeks ago. Has this order actually shipped?

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the static tracking information. Let me pull up that number now. I do see the status is pending pickup. We apologize for the delay, we were experiencing higher than expected volume.

Customer: "Pending pickup" since the 7th? I called last Monday and was told it had shipped and I’d have it by Wednesday. That was a lie. And why won't you answer my calls? I had to use someone else’s phone just to get through to you today. I need an honest answer about where my $1000 order is.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the unprofessional behavior regarding your previous calls and the miscommunication. That is unacceptable. Since the package status hasn't moved for over two weeks, I need to open an immediate internal investigation to declare the package lost, which will allow us to process a full refund right away.

Customer: I expect that refund initiated immediately, or I will be contacting my bank today to report this as a fraudulent transaction. I need confirmation that the investigation and refund process are starting right now.

CS Rep: I completely understand. If you have any inquiries relating to wherever and how to use site, you can get hold of us at our own web site. I am processing the lost package declaration right now and sending you a confirmation email of the refund initiation. You should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Again, we are very sorry for this terrible experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
