PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Gets Epic Update

Mosin-Nagant: This is the newest rifle to be found in Season 7. It's essentially the same as the Kar98k , but it just looks a little different. Being a bolt-action sniper rifle, it can do quite a bit of damage and even tear through top-tier armor. However, it takes a little time to load the next shot. With a good scope, players can easily be a "Ghost In The Wind", while plugging players from afar. Just be sure to stay out of si

Third-person is the standard version of both games, but PUBG takes the gold here with their first-person mode, that quite honestly might be the best way to play. You see, with first-person there just isn't any cheese, you can't see corners that you wouldn't normally see or have blind corner batt

Now onto the new crates themselves. Here is a look (up top and below) at some of the items available in the 2 free-to-open crates. There's an additional one only available during Gamescom that requires the purchase of a $2.50 key to o

The rewards in Battle Pass are assured. Players level up from one tier to another, and no gambling is involved. The Battle Pass offers a clear roadmap of rewards, metaverse Gaming making gamers less likely to spend beyond their budget in the hopes of getting decent in-game it

"Like the current free-to-open system, you will be limited in the number of crates you can receive each week, with the crate prices being reset each Monday. Currently, this limit is set to 6 crates per week, and you are free to trade them on the Steam Marketplace. I also want to point out that the full cosmetic system is still being discussed internally, and we are taking your concerns into consideration when it comes to the ability to get free cosmetics by playing the ga

Fortnite is a free-to-play game, and even though it has its fair share of microtransactions, it’s not a pay-to-win game. No major content is locked behind paywalls, and players have been able to go pro without spending a dollar on microtransactions. Fortnite is clearly the best game for budget-conscious play

Fortnite might have flashier loot, but looting in PUBG is more complicated. Players encounter a wide variety of loot that they can use to customize their weapons however they wish. So, if they feel they need faster aiming or better recoil, they can easily get this with the right l

The ability of a solid weapon to both, adequately, fulfill a player's major concerns is a blessing more than a curse. Rather than thinking of it as being inferior to the weapons that excel at certain ranges, think of it more like an all arounder type gun. It doesn't have the major drawbacks of other weapons found with other weapons in the PUBG arse

The two games are quite similar. They are both in the battle royale genre, where players are flown to a remote island where they fight each other to the last gamer standing. They have also introduced other modes that are more Team Deathmatch than battle roy

I'm at our new @PUBATTLEGROUNDS office in Madison today. The team is working on our desert map. Here's a WIP preview of this new location... pic.twitter.com/ReLbsvwv9A — PLAYERUNKNOWN (@PLAYERUNKNOWN) July 3,

Added new weapon Mk14 EBR (Enhanced Battle Rifle). Mk14 EBR is a Designated Marksman Rifle that can only be obtained from Carepackages. This weapon is chambered for 7.62mm and sniper rifle attachments

The Mk14 is a semi-auto sniper rifle weapon comparable to the game's current SKS, as another crate-only weapon however, the chances of getting it (and other care package items) is becoming increasingly rare. With the previous rifle add-on (the Groza), soon the game will have to cycle some of these weapons into the regular loot ta

While we take great joy in comparing these two battle royale titans, Fortnite really should be in a different league of it's own. PUBG is a traditional battle royale game, but Fortnite is not only battle royale, but Minecraft too. In the game you have to gather supplies and build to survive -- it's honestly quite bizarre when you really exam it. In the middle of a heated battle you could be mining for stone and build a four-story house. And don't think you'll get very far without utilizing these mechanics, as some of the best players have gotten that way by becoming master build

Being able to effectively switch between these two styles of play will make for an excellent PUBG player and truly separate a player from a novice one. Being able to utilize the most common weapon in the game will surely provide some exciting and satisfying wins over players who are unable to use its true potent

Acknowledging the faults this weapon holds is important to understand its strengths. The assault rifles in the game are the Jacks of all trades but master of none, and that's okay. It does a serviceable job in almost all facets of PUBG's game ty

start reading-minThis is the part where many gamers rightfully bash PUBG into the the grave that it deserves to die in after introducing it's shady business practices. First, charge for a game that's an unfinished buggy mess that continued to be an unfinished buggy mess for years to come. Second, bring in a shady micro-transaction lottery system that rewards you with crappy cosmetic items for a bloated price. Third, copy the fair and successful battle pass formula that Fortnite has implemented since the start of the series. Boy are those PUBG devs shady, and while the Epic Game's higher ups are no less shady, they at least implemented fair business practices in their most profitable g
