I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this site. After waiting weeks for an order that arrived damaged and incomplete, my final assessment of the entire situation was simply:
"No good."
That’s exactly what I wrote in my initial review. The sheer frustration of the process made me feel obligated to contact customer service immediately, hoping they could somehow rectify this significant failure and prevent me from warning everyone else about this disastrous purchase.
