December$440, A Ruined 18th Birthday, and the Rudest Customer Service I've Ever Faced ðĄð
I need everyone considering ordering online from this company to hear my story. This was, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, and it ended up costing me money and heartache. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service after realizing the dress I paid $40 extra to rush-ship was never going to arrive, which led to the painful realization that, "I have yet to receive the dress I ordered March 2nd and I paid $40 extra for the order to be expedited and was promised I would receive it by my daughter party on the 13thâĶ No dress received still and my daughter 18th birthday party was RUINED! She had no dress which resulted in cancellation of her party, money lost, and my daughter in tears!!" When I called Sunday morning, the woman I spoke to was outrageously unprofessional.
