Reading Glasses Frame Sizing: My Experience

Reading glasses need different sizing than distance glasses. I learned this when I started needing readers for close-up work.

Smaller frames work well

Lower positioning on nose

Lightweight for comfort

I use 50-17-140 for reading glasses, smaller than my regular 52-18-140. The smaller size is perfect for looking down at books and phones.

Comfortable reading for hours without strain.
